As a property management company, we have been using AM Heating Services for over 4 years and we cannot fault them for any aspect of their work or service. I have been in the industry of property maintenance for over 21 years and since meeting Martyn and Alan I am so impressed that I use them for my personal plumbing requirements at home. They are completely trustworthy. All I have to do is give them a key and when I get home you would not even know anyone had been there. The most critical aspect for us is trust. We instruct AM Heating Services to go into tenant properties; most of the time there is no one at home. We given them a key, they take their shoes off, do the job, clear up and ensure that the property is securely locked up. In all these years they have never mislaid a key nor have we had any complaints from our landlords or tenants. In addition to their trustworthiness, they are also sincerely genuine and honest. They will always start with the least expensive option; never take the easy route of just replacing with new. Their communication is excellent, and they always keep us informed throughout. When on site, they may call to explain their findings, discuss different options and pricing but will always try to ensure the costs are kept to a minimum. Extremely pleasant, reliable, dependable, punctual, knowledgeable and very good value for money. I would highly recommend AM Heating Services to anyone.

AM Heating Services take care of all our plumbing, heating, boiler and water requirements for all our rental properties The team at AM Heating Services are very pleasant and helpful. The provide a quick response to all the plumbing and heating needs that arise and there have never been any complaints from any of our tenants and landlords. What is also immensely helpful and convenient for me is where they can speak directly to the landlord to fully explain the ins and outs of a job that they are undertaking. They have also carried out work in the personal properties for some of our team in the office. I would never have any hesitation in recommending AM Heating Services.
